The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce brings businesses and attractions to Tulsa's Greenwood District, which is historically the largest and richest of Oklahoma's African American communities. The area is full of history that dates back to the early 1900s and was once referred to as "Black Wall Street." Today, thanks to the revitalization efforts of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and other groups, the Greenwood District in North Tulsa is home to many businesses, churches and other establishments.
