The Tour de Tulsa has been a spring cycling ritual on the first Saturday in May for Tulsa-area cyclists for more than 30 years. Tour de Tulsa offers routes ranging from 20 to 100 miles including a family fun ride with options ranging from 5 to 10 miles. Tulsa's premier spring community bicycle ride features good food, great rest stops, full on-road support and friendly riders all along the way.

The charity ride is hosted by the Tulsa Bicycle Club and the Tulsa Health Department's non-profit foundation, Pathways To Health. Proceeds from the Tour de Tulsa benefit Pathways to Health, which unites over 90 local agencies, organizations, corporations and health systems to improve health outcomes in Tulsa County.
