Learn about Native American cultural tourism this October at the American Indian Tourism Conference in Durant. Held at the Choctaw Casino Resort, the conference centers around establishing partnerships between Native Nations and tourism industry members. Visitors to the conference will attend workshops on the subjects of business planning, marketing and more. The event ends on Thursday evening with the Excellence in Tourism Industry Awards, a ceremony that honors the accomplishments of industry members. 

During the conference, browse several vendors at the Native Art Market and Trade Show. Native American artists will have artwork for sale and other exhibitors will be present showcasing destinations and services throughout Indian Country.
