See the intriguing work of Dr. Suzanne Kite during Oklahoma Contemporary's showing of "Thanmáhel" in Oklahoma City this September. "Thanmáhel" is a visual score, a form of experimental music notation that uses symbols instead of traditional notation that performers are then free to interpret. Audience members will see a series of videos assigned to symbols during this presentation that together illustrate a complete graphic score.
