Learn all about mushrooms at the 2nd Annual Oklahoma Mushroom Festival at the OKC Fairgrounds in October. This family-friendly event has over 20 mushroom education classes and more than 10 hands-on mushroom workshops available. You may also browse mushroom-related vendor booths and try some mushroom-based foods. This year’s theme is “Loyal to the Soil” which will focus on the importance of healthy soil for fungi as well as other food crops.
