The Hugo Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to enhancing tourism and economic development in the area in and around Hugo, the county seat of Choctaw County located in southeast Oklahoma.

A trip to this town has a lot to offer. Rent a cabin at Hugo Lake State Park and visit Mount Olivet Cemetery, which is the final resting place for many famous circus performers and bull riders like Lane Frost. The Frisco Depot shows the history of Choctaw County. You will want to take a tour of the Endangered Ark Foundation, the second largest home of endangered Asian Elephants in North America. You will get up close to the elephants. A drive down the beautiful Kiamichi Trace is fun for everyone, and the Hugo Area Chamber of Commerce has information about it all.
