This 750-acre lake was constructed in 1954 for camping, fishing, boating and swimming. The lake also features a designated hunting area. There are 22 full and partial RV hookups available with 20/30/50 amp, water, grills and tables, as well as six primitive camping areas. Facilities include restrooms, showers, dump and sewer, boat ramps, fishing docks, picnic areas, outdoor grills and a pavilion. City permits are required for fishing, camping, boating and hunting.

Rates are as follows:

RV full hookups are $15 per night or $12 for an improved site with just water and electricity.

Fishing permits are required for folks aged 16 to 65 and cost $2 daily or $10 annually.

Hunting costs $3 daily and $15 annually.

Boating is $3 daily or $15 annually.

Jet Skis are allowed at Pauls Valley City Lake for $3 daily and $15 annually.

Jet skis and boats must both observe a no-wake zone near boat ramps.
