The LPO presents a new twist to the holiday season in Southwest Oklahoma by inviting the Oklahoma City professional chamber choir Windsong to perform. The choir will sing music inspired by Mary, the mother of Jesus, Sunday, December 18th at 3pm in McMahon Auditorium. The concert is called Magnify! This sensational event will not only feature versions of Ave Maria and Ave Maris Stella but many other compositions including spirituals, and German and Spanish pieces. Some titles included are Carols and Lullabies - Christmas in the Southwest, Sweet Was the Song, Mary’s Little Boy and many more!

Following the performance by Windsong, there will be a reception of holiday treats for the audience and performers. Also at the concert, the LPO will be collecting canned goods for the Lawton Food Bank. A special holiday raffle will be held to thank you for your generosity. For every canned good that you bring, you will receive a chance to win a beautiful seven foot Christmas tree with lights. Start your holiday season with a glorious performance of choral music by the Windsong chamber choir! To purchase tickets, you may visit our website at or call our office at (580)531-5043.
