BARTLESVILLE, OK – An annual holiday tradition is on the horizon at Price Tower Arts Center.  The Gingerbread Workshop returns on Saturday, December 4th.  This year, those taking part will have an opportunity to build a gingerbread cathedral.

“To play off of our current exhibition, William Schickel: Spirit Made Manifest, we are letting folks construct a cathedral out of the graham crackers, icing and other goodies,” said Debra Woodall, marketing manager for Price Tower Arts Center.  “Additionally, we will also be serving some light refreshments.

Pastry artist Sandy McLelland returns to lead this family-friendly and tasty event.  Participants can work on their own or join forces with others to create their masterpiece.  There is a $10 cost per church kit.  The workshop is offered in cooperation with Tri County Technology Center.  It will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m.

'This workshop is a great way to get into the spirit of the season.  It can be a great family project that you take home and add to your other holiday decorations,' added Woodall.

Reservations can be made by calling 918.336.4949.  Information about the Gingerbread Workshop and other PTAC events is available at
