OKLAHOMA CITY – Science Museum Oklahoma is excited to announce they are hosting their own “Minute to Win It” Challenge Day Saturday December 10th kicking off at 10 a.m. with the Final Challenge taking place at 3 p.m. in the Science Live Auditorium.


“Everyone loves a good challenge,” said Suzette Ellison, Vice President of Programs and Interpretation. “Just like on the popular TV show, guests can expect to feel the heat as they race the clock to complete the tricky and challenging obstacles with the top competitors going on to the Final Challenge!”


On Saturday, December 10th, 2011 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Science Museum Oklahoma is challenging patrons to ten obstacles that are sure to make their minds race with excitement and hopes of beating the clock as it counts down from 60 seconds. “Minute to Win It” challenge stations will be located throughout the museum along with a special area dedicated to the younger contestants making this event ideal for the whole family. Registration is encouraged for “Minute to Win It” and the first 100 to register for the will receive free General Admission for “Minute to Win It” Challenge Day. “One exciting element is that all challenge items can be purchased in the Science Shop,” said Kristen Hammett, Science Shop Manager. “This makes it possible for contestants to practice the “Minute to Win It” challenges at home before the big event!”
