Swadley's Foggy Bottom Kitchen at Oklahoma State Parks

For more than two decades, Swadley family restaurants have been feeding hungry Oklahomans with great barbecue, traditional sides and delicious fried chicken six days a week. For Foggy Bottom Kitchen, a new concept in partnership with Oklahoma State Parks, the Swadleys dug deep into the family archive, pulling out time-honored recipes perfected at grandma’s dinner table and around the campfire to build out a menu of picnic basket favorites. While the layout for each restaurant might differ by location, guests dining indoors will take in a unique space, directly inspired by the park, or grab a table outside and enjoy some the best patio views in the park.
