Spring brings blooming Redbud and Bradford Pear trees to mid-March, while summers in Oklahoma can be quite hot, dry and breezy, with cooler evenings and stunning sunsets. Oklahoma’s fall season begins in mid-September and produces mild temperatures, occasional rain and beautiful fall foliage into November. Winters are typically mild and snow is occasional with the lowest temperatures being experienced during January and February.

On average, summer temperatures exceeding 100 degrees occur fewer than 10 times annually, while snowfall occurs an average of 3.2 days per year. In addition, temperatures below freezing average less than 15 days per year, with the western section of the state experiencing more extreme temperatures than the east.
