Armstrong Auditorium is visually stunning. Every detail from the exterior, to the lobby to the performance hall is simply exquisite. I've been to many performances here over the past several years. Each experience was excellent. Accoustically speaking...This is absolutely one of the finest concert halls I've ever been in. there's not a bad seat in the house either for viewing a performance or for listening quality. Makes me proud that this is in Oklahoma.

From owner on 02/13/14

Good question Pat. Waterloo is the county line. The auditorium sits just north of Waterloo in southern Logan County. That's why the address is "South" Bryant Road. South Bryant "Avenue" is in southern Edmond, in Oklahoma County.

From Pat Griffin on 12/21/13

How can Armstrong theatre be on south Bryant when it is on Waterloo rd, north of edmond

From richard austin on 04/22/13

absolutely the finest.

From Henry S on 07/18/11

This building is a jewel in a rural setting on a college campus. Access is easy and the venue and programs are superior in quality. I rate them five stars. My wife and I shall continue to attend performances in the future.

From Edwin on 03/22/11

The performances here are great. Highly recommended.

From Jill on 03/14/11

Simply breathtaking! My family and I were overwhelmed by its beauty and quality. The acoustics at the National Polish Philharmonic concert were incredible. We hope to definitely return again!

From Robert on 03/11/11

This is the best auditorium I have ever been inside of. Every discription I have read about it is under rated

From Dennis & Peggy Knox on 03/11/11

Without a doubt the crown jewel of concert venues in Oklahoma! Beautiful, intimate surroundings and perfect acoustics coupled with superb program offerings and reasonable ticket prices. What more could anyone want? We can hardly wait for the next event, yet sorry to see this season coming to a close.

From Duane Zeman on 03/11/11

A stunningly beautiful auditorium and, even more important, an acoustically sound auditorium with more spacious seating than most - i.e. the City's Civic Center. BEST of all is the exceptional program of artists that the college is making available to the citizenry of Oklahoma!

From Ken Jeffries on 03/10/11

--Wow!-- That's the first thing you'll say when you see the auditorium from the outside. --O-o-oh-h-h-h-h!-- That's what you will involuntarily utter when you see the magnificent _Swans in Flight_ sculpture and reflecting pond on the promenade.

From Ken on 03/10/11

--.....-- You'll be speechless as you enter the Grand Lobby and are overwhelmed by the indescribably beautiful caramel onyx feature walls, Persian candelabra and Swarovski crystal chandeliers. The opulence of the entire facility must be experienced to be understood.

From Ken on 03/10/11

Need more? Pause and enjoy the masterful artwork adorning the walls - visit the balcony and see the incredible vistas viewable from there - scrutinize the tiny mosaic tiles in the ceiling and wonder just how difficult it must have been to install them - and take the time to appreciate the blending of fine woods, fabrics, onyx, marble and ceramic throughout.

From Ken Jeffries on 03/10/11

And all of that is just the environment! Wait until you actually experience the performances of some of the world's finest musicians, vocalists, symphonies, dance troupes and ensembles in one of the most acoustically perfect venues in the world! Truly, Armstrong Auditorium can only be appreciated by those who have visited. Pictures and videos do not do it justice. Do whatever you must to attend any performance there, the sooner the better, and you will go back time and again. Enjoy!

From Kymberli F. on 03/10/11

I've had the pleasure of attending a concert at the Armstrong Auditorium. It truly is a beautiful building in every way. From the beautiful Swans in Flight fountain outside the main doors to the gorgeous chandeliers, candelabra and woodwork inside it is like being in the midst of royal surroundings everywhere! It really is a *must see* venue!

From Carlos Heyer on 03/10/11

Great acoustics!! I went to hear Andre Watts and could clearly appreciate his lightest possible piano notes... Oh, the seats are wide and plush, aaaah....

From Kurtis Simmons on 03/10/11

We recently attended the Vienna Boys Choir and were impressed with the acoustics of the auditorium. Truly, a top rate venue!

From carol aubrey on 03/10/11

this building is amazing. worth seeing and enjoying

From Phil on 03/09/11

Great venue in a unique location away from the city center. Small size makes it a comparatively intimate setting--we can see the performers on stage clearly even from the back row.

From Tiffany on 03/06/11

I have yet been let down by what Armstrong Auditorium has to offer. The high class performances were captivating. The acoustics are of great quality. The building is amazing, quite beautiful and still comfortable. The chandeliers are breathtaking. I look forward to the upcoming performances.

From Dennis Leap on 03/03/11

This is a very beautiful facility. The inside is not only furnished with wonderful works of art depicting music and nature themes, it is itself a work of art. The marble, the onyx, the carpet, the wood and the chandeliers all blend together to create an incredibly rich landscape for the mind and spirit. It was a pleasure to visit there and its portrait will remain a permanent mental remembrance.

From Maggie Hilliker on 03/03/11

What a gorgeous venue! It's quite intimate and I'm certain there's not a bad seat in the house. We've gone to every top-class concert and look forward to next season as well. The fountain with the The Swans in Flight sets the mood for your evening before you even enter the building. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy an evening there!

From RNP on 03/03/11

The building's acoustics and architecture complements quality presentations from world-class performers. It's my ideal concert venue.

From JRB on 03/03/11

I have attended every concert so far this season. PROS - Venue is gorgeous, intimate, lively, friendly, and relatively inexpensive. CONS - nothing to ridicule. We ran out of parking spaces a few times and had to park on the road... but then again all parking is free. VERDICT - Definitely will be attending next season.

From Colleen on 03/03/11

I have attended the concerts this season. The beauty of the venue and the quality of the sound make for very enjoyable performances.

From Adar on 03/03/11

I attended a performance of Swan Lake at the Armstrong Auditorium when they hosted the Russian National Ballet Theatre. It's obvious that great thought was given to making the auditorium both classy and comfortable.

From Aubrey on 03/03/11

This auditorium is a beautiful venue for high-class concerts. I've been to most of their concerts this year and have been surprised at how enjoyable they are. The atmosphere has really helped—it's very elegant. I really like the huge chandeliers at the entrance. It's a great place for a classy date.

From Robert Morley on 03/03/11

Gorgeous facility, fantastic acoustics, good parking ... a must visit.

From Harley Breth on 03/03/11

I've seen several concerts at this venue this year alone. From the exterior of the building to the stage, I enjoy the entire experience. The mall area in front of the Auditorium is gorgeous - especially the water fountains spraying over the Swans in Flight sculpture. More amazing, though, is the detail that I've sat in the balcony for each show and I can still manage to see fine details on the stage because of how close the balcony is - even the rear section of the balcony. I think the view may even be superior from the balcony.
