Head to the 49th annual Seminole Nation Days for a weekend of family fun. This event kicks off Friday morning with a golf tournament at Jimmie Austin Golf Course, followed in the evening with a stomp dance and a carnival that will last throughout the weekend. Saturday's festivities include a 5k run, a one-mile walk, poker run, sport tournaments and a downtown parade. Be sure and stick around in the evening for concerts by Smilin' Vic and Los Lonely Boys, along with a dazzling fireworks display at Mekusukey Mission.

Activities continue on Sunday morning with a kids' fishing derby and a traditional corn stalk shoot archery event. The pow wow kicks off in the afternoon, featuring gourd dancing and wrapping up with the grand entry at 6:30pm. Whether Seminole Nation Days is already a part of your family's tradition, or you're looking for a way to make new memories that will last a lifetime, you won't want to miss this fun, free event in Seminole.
