Description

The Arbuckle Historical Society Museum in Davis is housed in a 1917 building that was once the Sulphur City Hall. Visitors to this museum will find history on Davis, Murray County, Turner Falls Park and early day families. Additional exhibits include original beaded clothing items donated by the family of Nelson Chigley, as well as a loom dating back to 1850. Other displays include military exhibits, vintage clothing, a large file of family histories, Davis News Daily, Price broom factory, school picture displays and a territorial room displaying home life in pre-statehood days.
