Falcon Floats is an outfitter for float trips on the Illinois River, offering trips ranging from 1 1/2 hours to 2 days. Take a relaxing float trip down the river on a canoe, raft or kayak; life preservers, paddles and all transportation are included.

The Illinois River is a Class II river so it's great for novices and experienced floaters alike. Canoes are the most common boat and are designed for maneuverability and speed but not stability.  The canoes can accommodate 2 or 3 people.  Ride On Top kayaks seat up to two adults and a small child, offer a backrest and provide the most comfortable ride on the river.  Rafts are designed for four to six adults and are the most stable boat on the river.  For families, rafts are the best option for floating the river.
