Gateway to the Panhandle Museum
Museum and library housed in the old MKT Railroad depot building. Collections of military items, farm equipment, railroad artifacts from the Katy Railroad, antique cradles, horse drawn machinery, and some Civil War items. A school house on site is listed on the National Register. Mural of the train arriving in Gate is painted on the front of the building. Additional contact number is 580-934-3133.
