Constructed from limestone this Scottish Rite Masonic Center which sprawls a 10 acre property looks like it has been transplanted from ancient Greece to Guthrie, Oklahoma. Visitors can marvel at the timeless beauty found in each of its 14 artistic rooms. Each room has its own distinct character with designs patterned after Assyrian, Egyptian, English, French, Gothic Italian, Pompeian and ancient Roman cultures. No expense was spared as evidenced by the imported carpets, marble flooring, numerous chandeliers and stained glass windows. Tours are $5 per person, children free.
