The chefs at Lido specialize in combining Chinese and French cooking styles utilizing chili, ginger, garlic, cilantro, basil, butter, and heavy cream as key ingredients in their recipes. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of Chinese dishes with your choice of meat and stir-fried vegetables served over steamed or fried rice. Choose from seven varieties of spring or egg roll and add a hearty bowl of corn and crabmeat soup on the side. There are also a number of vegetarian dishes, salads, and noodle bowls. About a quarter of the menu is dedicated to Vietnamese dishes such as pork simmered in a clay pot, or a vermicelli bowl made with chicken, shrimp, beef or pork. A half dozen curry dishes spice up the menu, and the French cuisine includes filet mignon, mushroom pork chops, and a roasted Cornish hen. Lunch and dinner specials include an egg roll, fried wonton, rice, and a choice of soup, along with your entrée.
