From The Martinez Families on 11/12/10

We meet in Pauls Valley to enjoy visiting with faimly when we did a search for restaraunts Bob's popped up read all the review and we where looking forward to dinner. The picture you see here is close to the size of the place, the food was edible.was truely disappointed ,once we got service it took a while for the food and we never seen the waitress until we got our check. That we had to go get Our Family from TX was unhappy and My Family is from Missouri and we will meet here in Pauls Valley more but we will never come bak to this eatery !!!!People my prime rib was a little less then 1/2 inch and chewy....not even 3star

From Drabek's on 03/20/10

We took a day trip to Pauls Valley to see the Toy Museum during spring break. It was great! They recommended Bob's Pig Shop and we were not disappointed. First on the menu is a Pig Sandwich dating back to their beginning in the midst of the 30's depression. It's a step back in time with this quaint historical place located in a residential area. Service was very quick and just as friendly. Our waitress recommending splitting two types of sandwiches between us so we enjoyed extending our taste buds that much more. Their side order of beans were quite spicy and exceeded our expectations--delicious.
