If you've got a huge appetite to squelch, try the plato gordo. This monster platter comes piled with one taco served with sour cream and guacamole, one chile relleno and one enchilada served with beans and rice. Another delicious choice is the spinach enchilada plate, which comes with two tortillas stuffed with cheddar jack cheese and spinach that have been sauteed in butter, garlic and lemon. The enchiladas are smothered in sour cream sauce and cheese and served with rice and beans.  The meal is complemented by a warm sopapilla.
