Red PrimeSteak is a modern, high-concept restaurant in the historic, elegant Buick building in downtown Oklahoma City. Spice rubs, crusts and sauces infused with chiles and other vibrant flavors are at the heart of Red’s inventive cuisine.
Begin your meal with a small shared plate like beef tenderloin tamales with roasted chimichurri and sundried tomato cream sauce or the chicken fried quail, which comes with four hand breaded quail breasts, a rosemary-buttermilk biscuit and lemon-honey preserves. A variety of soups and salads are also available.
Moving on to the main entree, guests have a choice of red meat, seafood and contemporary American classics. Try the 40-day, dry-aged ribeye or the prime New York strip, each of which comes with your choice of crust and sauce. Crust choices include fresh cracked black pepper, coffee, bleu cheese, garlic herb, Guajillo chile, wild mushroom or brown sugar and sea salt. Sauce choices include homemade Worcestershire, brandy mushroom sauce, roasted poblano chimichurri, jalapeno Bearnaise, Red steak sauce, creamy horseradish or black truffle butter. Complete the meal with a side of green-chile mac, flash fried baby spinach or pork belly sweet potato hash.
