Begin your four course meal with a selection of cheese fondue including cheddar, Wisconsin trio, traditional Swiss, fiesta, Boston Lager and spinach artichoke. Each cheese dip is served with fresh bread, vegetables and apples for dipping. Move on to the salad for your choice of Caesar, California, spinach mushroom or house salad.
Moving on to the main entree, guests can choose from a variety of steak, duck, seafood, chicken or pork dishes. Try the popular filet mignon or the seasoned choice angus sirloin. For the meal, guests will have the choice of four cooking styles including canola oil, vegetable broth, garlic citrus bouillon or burgundy wine with spices.
Complete your meal with a decadent fondue dessert. Choose from eight different flavors of chocolate-based dip including the original, which combines milk chocolate and crunchy peanut butter, and the flaming turtle, which mixes milk chocolate, caramel and candied pecans, which are flambeed at your table. Each dessert is served with limitless strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, Rice Krispies Treats, marshmallows, pound cake and brownies.
