Join the Spirit of Tulsa Squadron of the Commemorative Air Force for the "Keep 'em Flying" Hangar Dance. Step back in time to the 1940s at this dance, one of the biggest swing dances in the country. Enjoy the ambiance of the big band era while listening to the Sounds of Music Swing Band. This magnificent orchestra will fill the hangar with classic 1940s tunes, as well as current hits. The floor gets hopping as dancers, many in period dress, take to the floor to show off their best swing dance skills. Make sure to join the dancers during the much-anticipated conga line and snowball dance.
Throughout the evening at the Hangar Dance, patrons can bid on silent auction items, take part in exciting, free swing dancing lessons, shop for mementos and aviation-themed gifts, enjoy the vintage soda and candy canteen. Dance the night away amidst vintage aircraft and WWII memorabilia, which serve as special backdrops to the night's festivities. Pizza and BBQ will be available for purchase.
Table for 8: starts at $200. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing listed above, prices are subject to change without notice.
