One of Oklahoma's largest poker runs with one of the world's largest payouts, the Buffalo Bike Run also features various giveaways, concerts and motorcycle events.  Back and bigger than ever, the Buffalo Bike Run in Miami offers visitors two days filled with motorcycles, music, camping and fun.  Known as the "World's Richest Poker Run," the Buffalo Bike Run featured $101,000 in cash prizes paid out to riders in 2010.

Shine up your motorcycle, make your way to the Buffalo Run Casino & Resort in Miami and participate in the Buffalo Bike Run for a beautiful ride through the scenic Ozark foothills and picturesque Oklahoma lake areas.  Arrive early to this popular poker run and enjoy camping and music. You won't want to miss the Friday night concert, featuring Colt Ford and David Allan Coe.  Visitors to this event will have the opportunity to take part in a scavenger hunt and browse though hundreds of new and vintage motorcycles on display. 

The Buffalo Bike Run kicks off in a big way with activities on Saturday.  Ride in the parade through downtown Miami on historic Route 66 and gear up for the poker run.  Participants in the run will stop at various checkpoints along the route in order to collect a total of five playing cards.  The best poker hand will secure the top cash prize, and the top 50 hands will also receive cash payouts.  Up the stakes at Saturday's slot tournament, and stick around after the awards ceremony for another great concert.
