Founded in 2004 by roastmaster Brian Franklin, the DoubleShot Coffee Company continues to source high-quality, unique coffees. Buying coffee from individual farmers in the tropics or from specialty coffee brokers in the U.S., the offerings are consistently delicious and distinctive.
DoubleShot coffees are roasted in a vintage Italian coffee roaster, which was restored for the DoubleShot in 2003. Its unique construction and the meticulous roast style bring out body, brightness, and distinctive aromatics in each coffee.
The DoubleShot pastry kitchen makes breakfast and dessert items from scratch daily, with the goal of creating excellent foods that complement the unique characteristics of each coffee.
Serving craft coffee and espresso beverages, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Buy fresh roasted coffee beans by the pound or half pound, as well as brewing equipment and other coffee-related merchandise.
