Robert Earl Keen in Concert
951 W 36th St N
Head to the Osage Casino in Tulsa for a very special evening with Texas Troubadour, Robert Earl Keen.
A native of Houston, Robert Earl Keen left college and cut his teeth by touring with folk greats Townes Van Zandt and Guy Clark after honing his songwriting chops with college roommate Lyle Lovett. Over the next three decades, Keen has toured relentlessly, releasing well over a dozen albums and carving out a reputation as one of Texas’ finest songwriters. In addition to classics like “The Road Goes on Forever,” “Gringo Honeymoon” and “The Road Goes on Forever,” fans can hope to hear several tracks off the songsmith’s current record, Happy Prisoner: The Bluegrass Sessions, an acoustic collection of bluegrass originals and classics including “1952 Vincent Black Lightning” and “Hot Corn, Cold Corn.”
