Come celebrate Independence Day at beautiful Lake Eufaula State Park. The event kicks off on Thursday with a t-shirt tie-dye station, followed by a naturalist quiz where you race to identify objects from the natural world. Friday's activities include minnow races and a wind spinner-making class. Come back over the weekend for a variety of hands-on workshops in which you can make your own terra cotta pots, fish hook bracelets, hummingbird feeders and more. Bring a lawn chair on Saturday night and enjoy a movie under the stars. You won't want to miss the Fourth of July festivities on Tuesday, which will include a reading of "The Lorax" by Dr. Seuss and a leather key chain-making workshop. Bring the family out for loads of holiday fun at this Independence Day blowout in gorgeous eastern Oklahoma.
