Hailing from Miami, FL, this rapper, producer and prominent member of the "SoundCloud rap" movement has built a tremendous following in the world of underground hip-hop by directly releasing his music through the Sound Cloud audio distribution platform.  After his track "ski mask" went viral in 2017, Smokepurpp released his first LP, Deadstar, which peaked at #42 on Billboard's top 200. This success led to Monster Energy tapping him to headline their 2018 Outbreak Tour, a showcase for "emerging artists with the rare ability to reshape pop culture through their music." said tour founder Steve Glazer.
