Chytrid Fungus Talk and Swabbing
Head to Three Forks Nature Center to learn about Chytrid Fungus and how it affects amphibians at a talk and demonstration with Dr. Tony Stancampiano. This Sequoyah State Park event includes a special citizen science swabbing kit from the Siler lab at OU to test for fungus in the field. As Chytrid Fungus threatens frogs and other amphibians, this event seeks to help preserve amphibians' natural habitat.
