Black Mesa Brewery & Tap Room

Address:
3901 N Flood Ave
Norman, OK 73069

A key player in Oklahoma's growing brewery scene, Black Mesa Brewing Co. in Norman is an essential stop for craft beer enthusiasts looking for special flavors. Started by Chris Sanders in 2012, this brewery is named after the state's highest geological point.

Stop by Black Mesa's tap room to taste a variety of brews inspired by Oklahoma's unique history and culture. Sip on everything from European-style ales to domestic classics with a twist.

A nod to Woody Guthrie's anthem "This Land is Your Land," Black Mesa's Endless Skyway Bitter is an award-winning brew that combines English ale with West Coast hops. Oklahomans will appreciate the Prague Pilsner, which references both Czech-style beer and the in-state town. Those favoring rich brews will like the Los Naranjos Coffee Stout, featuring fermented coffee beans with citrus notes and hints of dark chocolate.

After you enjoy one of several Black Mesa beers, take a tour around the brewery. Beer aficionados and novices alike can learn about this massive facility boasting a 30-barrel system, which can brew over 1,000 gallons per brew cycle.
