Experience music royalty live as husband and wife duo Herb Alpert and Lani Hall take the Tower Theatre stage in Oklahoma City for a special evening of jazz. With over 50 years of extraordinary musicianship, trumpeter Herb Alpert has earned five #1 hits, nine Grammy Awards, 14 platinum albums and many more accolades. Known for his work with The Tijuana Brass in the 1960s, Alpert also has the distinction of being the only artist who has had a #1 instrumental and vocal single.
Joining Alpert is his wife and Grammy Award-winning vocalist and producer Lani Hall, who started her singing career in 1966 as the lead singer of Sergio Mendes's group, Brasil '66. Hall has recorded more than 22 albums in three different languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish). In 1983, she sang the title song for the James Bond film, "Never Say Never Again." Hall also won her first Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Performance in 1986 for her album "Es Facil Amar."
