Peacemaker Lobster & Crab Co. is a seafood-centric restaurant by James Beard Award-winning Chef Kevin Nashan. Nashan and Chef de Cuisine Brian Green bring freshly caught seafood to the Sooner State, making daily trips to the airport to pick up deliveries from the coast. The menu features creative interpretations of coastal favorites such as lobster rolls, po’boy sandwiches, steamed blue crab, seafood boils, chowders, gumbos and seasonal pies. Inspired by Nashan’s time spent cooking and living in New Orleans and his travels along Maine’s rocky coast, The Peacemaker highlights the Acadian tie between Northeastern and Louisiana cuisines in a casual and lively setting in the heart of Tulsa’s flourishing downtown.
