Owners of the Harrison Ave building that once housed Cushing’s City Drug commissioned Palmer Studios to create a mural on its walls. Owners Glynn & Sandy McCauley wanted to pay homage to the old Sundown Drive-In east of Cushing. Palmer Studios even included a painted replica of a black 1958 Chevy that belonged to one of Glynn’s friends, Chris Cochrum.
