Our Terms of Use (“Use”) applies to TravelOK.com (the “Website”), the TravelOK Trip Planner mobile application (“App”), the Oklahoma State Parks mobile application (“OSP App”) and the Services the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (“Agency or “We”, “Us”) makes available through its website and apps (“Services”). Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose certain information. If you disagree with our policies and practices, do not use our Website or download our Apps. Your continued use of the Website or the Apps constitutes your acceptance of this policy. We may modify this policy from time to time. Furthermore, your continued use of the website or apps after any modification is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.

Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department “OTRD” Website “TravelOK.com” and reviewing our Privacy Policy. Our privacy policy also applies to TravelOK.com (the “Website”), the TravelOK Trip Planner mobile application (“App”), the Official Oklahoma State Parks mobile application (“OSP App”) and any Services the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (“Agency, “We”, “Us”) makes available through its website and apps (“Services”). The Agency collects NO personal information, such as personal names or email addresses when you simply visit one of our Services. Also, we do not give, sell, share, or transfer any personal information to a third-party, unless YOU opt-in on the page in which YOU voluntarily submit to provide your personal information. We do collect personal information when YOU voluntarily give us the information through requesting brochures, submitting an inquiry, providing user-generated content, signing up for future communication such as e-newsletters, events, etc or contest entries on our website or social media platforms, or by other means that YOU initiate.

In accordance with 74 O.S. § 3106.4, when the Agency receives such information from you, we will store the personally identifiable data ("PII") by electronic means. The PII may include but is not limited to: name, mailing address and/or zip code, email, or phone number. This information is only shared with other administrative or regulatory governmental agencies and/or entities providing Services to the Agency and only if authorized by Oklahoma law.

When you browse the Website or Apps, you do so anonymously. Personal information – including your email address – is not collected. While OSP and the Agency strive to provide the most current, accurate and up-to-date information through the provided maps and related Services, this may not always be possible, so by using the Maps and related Services you specifically acknowledge and accept that:
