Jack Frost may be nipping at your nose, but you won't want to miss this Norman holiday tradition. This year’s festive event promises a vibrant community display centered around the theme, "Home Sweet Home Run for the Holidays." Adding to the celebration, the University of Oklahoma Baseball Team — fresh off their national championship victory — will serve as the Grand Marshals.

Festivities begin earlier in the day with Winterfest, hosted by Norman Parks & Recreation, from 3 to 6pm along Jones Avenue. Families can enjoy pictures with Santa, local vendors, activities, and entertainment before heading over to Main Street for the parade. Immediately following the parade, the evening will culminate back at Jones Avenue with a tree-lighting ceremony and a state-of-the-art drone show overhead.
